The human body did not evolve for sitting inside on one’s butt all day. It evolved to run down prey 30 miles at a time, flee large predators, walk vast distances, and lift heavy things…all the while eating plants and meat, not sugar, not grains, not processed chemical crap. The further away you step from that reality the further you remove yourself from a life of health and vitality. The more you emulate your ancestors activity level and diet the more you will thrive.
